Feinmechanische Werkstätte Thomas Markl GmbH is a full-service provider of contract manufacturing, construction/design of parts and complete solutions. Working closely with our customers, we handle all steps of the production chain from conceptual design all the way to the manufacturing and assembly stages.

Our range of services consists of:

- Single-unit parts manufacture
- Low volume production of highly complex steel and aluminum parts
- Setup of complete assemblies and special purpose machines

State-of-the-art technology. We exclusively rely on computer numerical control (CNC) centers with digital drives. In conjunction with the high-performance CAD/CAM software by CIMATRON, we can implement highly engineered precision parts at close tolerance.

Custom-made solutions. Our key customers from the automotive, measuring instruments, electronics, medical/healthcare, semiconductors, optical and aviation industries trust our prompt delivery of individual, customized solutions.

Dedication to quality. All of our processes are handled by professionally-trained staff. We emphasize craftsmanship, which allows us to deliver seamless quality from the conceptualization to the manufacturing of precision parts and machinery.

Integrated quality management. Our diligent quality management system is ISO 9001 registered with Bureau Veritas. We also ensure that quality monitoring and process optimizations are part of our daily operations – not just a matter of routine inspections.

Responsible Practices. Sustainable production methods and recycling of raw materials are fundamental to our daily operations. Thomas Markl GmbH recycles about 99% of excess production material.
